'What's a travel hack to make your trip more enjoyable?' Hacks for people going on vacation, forgetting half of their stuff, and getting late to the airport

Traveling is one of the most amazing hobbies someone can have! You get to meet new people, see new places, and have experiences to take with you forever.

Traveling takes a lot of money sometimes, that's true, and it also takes time and organization. Picking a destination is just the tip of the iceberg. You have to find a nice hotel or Airbnb, buy your plane tickets, make a schedule for visiting all the worthwhile spots, calculate how much you'll spend on food and transportation once you're there, and so on… The list is endless, and it can be a little overwhelming. It's even more complicated when you get to the airport and realize you forgot your passport, or your phone charger, or whatever. Then it starts the crazy sequence of sprinting back home because you forgot an essential item. That is the story you end up telling at the family table once you come back, because let's be honest about this, it's a lot more entertaining for them to hear how clumsy and forgetful you are, and how silly you looked running around the entire airport, than to hear you had a lovely and unforgettable vacation.

Some frequent travelers already have the hang of it, and they know exactly what they need and how to make sure they always have it at hand. They have some great tips on what to take along with you and why. Some tips make perfect sense, and you think: "Why didn't I come up with that sooner?" And some others make you wonder what on earth this person was drinking before saying that, which makes the whole thing ten times more fun. If it makes no sense, it probably is an absolutely necessary thing you never thought of. And that's exactly what the Internet is perfect for: sparking up random needs in everybody!

Now, seriously, some of these things may sound absurd, but to these people, it makes sense. We might as well just try their recommendations the next time we travel and find out if they are indeed crazy, or if they're really on to something!
